The sympto-thermal method of Fertility Awareness is a daily practice of cycle tracking–it offers a practically free form of ecological birth control, conception support, and body literacy that takes under 5 minutes a day to use.
This intimate workshop will teach you sexual anatomy basics, the hormones of your cycle, how to recognize your fertile times, and how to accurately determine when ovulation has occurred. It will give you the tools and information to prevent or achieve pregnancy.
By observing and charting your fertility signs each day, you will notice your body’s patterns, gain insight into any hormonal imbalances, connect with what feels good and healthy for YOU, and become the primary expert on your own sexual health.
Whether your cycles are regular or all over the place; whether you’re already tracking them or not; whether you want to conceive or are trying NOT get pregnant–this workshop is for you! Every participant will find more ease around their cycles and get to know their bodies more deeply.
This class is for people of any gender who are cycling; partner(s) are welcome. All of my classes are held in a spirit of celebration and inclusivity of people of all race, sexual orientation, body shape, gender expression, spiritual and religious belief, and ability. It will be safe, fun, juicy and informative!
I am offering a remote summer session for a sliding scale fee of $150-$300 to make it available to as many folks as possible. Please pay what you are able to, knowing that if you are able to pay at the top of sliding scale you are supporting people who are able to pay less. Payment plans are available, please contact me directly for details.
